We want you to love your shopping experience with us! To make sure you feel supported, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How Returns Work:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
To start a return, contact us at cocokawaii805@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right for you as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain items can’t be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about your specific item, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Store Credit Only:
We issue all returns as store credit, which will be applied to your account once your return is processed. This way, you can easily choose something else that’s perfect for you!
Exchanges:
If you’d like a different item, the quickest option is to return your current item for store credit and place a new order for the replacement.
A Friendly Reminder:
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for items sent to the wrong address.
